Cancellation Policy
We totally understand that plans can change! To help us manage our schedule and provide the best care for all our furry clients, we kindly ask for at least 72 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of services. Cancellations made with 72+ hours' notice: No charge — we'll simply update your booking. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice: A 50% cancellation fee may apply. No-shows or same-day cancellations: Full service fee may be charged. Thank you for helping us keep things fair and flexible for everyone!
